Where's my order?
When you place an order with Gunner Gaming PCs you are emailed a tracking number within 2 business days. That tracking number will show you exactly where your shipment is.
How do I update or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by logging into Paypal and cancelling the order. Once the order has been shipped a refund must be made by Gunner PCs. Refunds can take up to 2 business days to complete and are only issued after the return shipment has been recieved.
What is your return policy?
We have a 7 day return policy. If your shipment arrives damaged you can ship it back for a replacement. Damage must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery so be sure to inspect your delivery closely before you start to use it.
We also have a 1 year warranty on all our computers. If any malfunction occurs due to intended use we will be happy to replace any malfunctioning parts and repair it for you. This warranty is void in the case of misuse or abuse.
1 Year Warranty Information
Damage due to shipping the products to you is covered under this limited warranty. Otherwise, this limited warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Gunner PC’s, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Gunner PC’s.
This limited warranty does not cover any items that are in one or more of the following categories: software; external devices (except as specifically noted); accessories or parts added to a Gunner PC’s system after the system is shipped from Gunner PC’s; accessories or parts added to a Gunner PC’s system; accessories or parts that are not installed in the Gunner PC’s factory. Monitors, keyboards, and mice that are Gunner PC’s branded or that are included on Gunner PC’s standard price list are covered under this limited warranty; all other monitors, keyboards, and mice (including those products purchased through the Software & Peripherals department) are not covered.
During the one-year period beginning on the invoice date, Gunner PC’s will repair or replace products returned to Gunner PC’s facility. To request limited warranty service, you must contact Gunner PC’s Customer Technical Support within the limited warranty period. Please visit www.gunnerpcs.com for assistance. If limited warranty service is required, you must ship the products back to Gunner PC’s in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Gunner PC’s will ship the repaired or replacement products to you freight prepaid if you use an address in the continental United States, where applicable. Shipments to other locations will be made freight collect.
NOTE: Before you ship the product(s) to Gunner PC’s, back up the data on the hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or PC Cards. Gunner PC’s does not accept liability for lost data or software.
Gunner PC’s owns all parts removed from repaired products. Gunner PC’s uses new and reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing limited warranty repairs and building replacement products. If Gunner PC’s repairs or replaces a product, its limited warranty term is not extended.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). GUNNER PC’S'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. I messed something up, how can I get help?
On top of outstanding phone support, our techs use Teamviewer to log in remotely and troubleshoot your computer. This can include virus removal, software repair or re-installation, registry repair or simply running updates. For a small monthly fee (or a small one time fee) You can have our tech's provide you with exceptional IT services without ever leaving your home. Teamviewer is completely safe and in no way infringes on anyones privacy. Our tech's can NOT log into your computer unless they are invited and you provide them a password (that changes each time). Our "Roaming IT" service is just another way that Gunner Custom PC's goes above and beyond. Of course this is completely optional.
